Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or we will contact you after you order.

Processing time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During festive periods such as Durga Pooja, Navratri and Diwali, or during sales, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas and the North-East: may take up to 10–12 business days.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer will be shown on the website or at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the courier name and tracking number.

Address and delivery

Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we can re-ship it once the shipping charge has been paid again, or refund the order value minus shipping costs.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier. If you have already accepted it, record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery at samiran.store.in@gmail.com so that we can help.
