1. About these Terms
This website is operated by Ananta Globalex, which runs Samiran as its brand ("Samiran", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits the website, places an order, or otherwise uses our services. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Products and descriptions
Our sarees and shirts are photographed and described as accurately as possible. Handloom, hand-dyed (bandhani, leheriya) and handwoven products naturally carry small irregularities in weave, print and colour; these are a mark of the craft and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting.
Shirt sizes (M, L, XL, XXL) follow the size guide shown on the product page. Please check the measurements before ordering.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one shown when you placed your order. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we do not store your card details.
5. Orders
An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method.
6. Cancellations by you
You may cancel an order by emailing us before it has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including photographs, text, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Samiran / Ananta Globalex or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays, natural events, strikes or government action.
10. Third-party services
Payments, shipping and some website functions are provided by third parties such as Shopify, payment gateways and courier partners. Their own terms apply to their services.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order.
